It's that time of the year when I’m delighted to share my favorite reads with you. I hope you find one or more books on my list that piques your interest, and I welcome any book recommendations you may have for me.

I am also happy to share that in January 2026, the Institute will be entering its 25th year of growing Fit Leaders. On this day of giving thanks, I am grateful for the opportunities we've had to train and coach over 8,000 leaders from over 16 countries in our Fit Leader's Program and our Fit Leaders Academy.
